Vendor submissions are now closed

Thank you to all who submitted Vendor applications and will be participating in this year’s Fair. We have nearly 50 vendors and are at our capacity!

Showcase your organization or sell your wares to a large audience in a fun and festive environment.

Fairs attract energetic and lively crowds who are excited to explore and try new things. It’s an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your organization, products or services to a large and engaged audience.

Vendor Booth Types

Type 1

Display only by a Non-Profit Organization. No sales, must be 501(c)(3).

20 available – $25 each

Type 2

Display only by a For-Profit Organization / Business. No sales.

20 available – $50 each

Type 3

Sales by a Non-Profit Organization. Must be 501(c)(3).

25 available – $75 each

Type 4

Sales by an Artist / Hobbyist / Craftsperson. Example: handmade crafts.

25 available – $75 each

Type 5

Sales by a For-Profit / Business entity. For example, food, novelties, etc.

25 available – $100 each

Type 6

FOOD TRUCKS ONLY – Sales by a For-Profit entity.
