This spooky season, immerse yourself in the Russian Folktale of Baba Yaga and Vasilisa and experience Northwest Park as you never have before! Guided by professional storytellers, you will journey through the forest, stopping along the way with creative invitations to lean in and listen closely – both to the story and the nature around you. By experiencing this traditional folktale while immersed in nature, both Baba Yaga and Vasilisa will transport you to a time when humans had a deeper lived experience and connection with the natural world.

This will be a relaxed hike at an easy pace along the Brookside Trail. Participants should plan to bring water, something to journal with, and a way to take photos (i.e., smart phone)
